1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related appjili policies:

• "Platform" means the appjili website accessible at appjili.app, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimized versions, and any associated applications or services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the appjili Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform for gaming or related services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the appjili Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and the regulations of PAGCOR.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of appjili or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the appjili Platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the appjili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. appjili reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available, as an additional layer of account security.
• Notify appjili customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

appjili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be your sole responsibility unless you have notified appjili of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the appjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). appjili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. appjili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if appjili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

appjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• appjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of system errors, will be voided and the associated accounts suspended.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the appjili Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

appjili uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time and are subject to additional operational rules specific to each game variant.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, appjili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. appjili shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the appjili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing appjili staff, customer support agents, or other Players.

8 Responsible Gaming

appjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. We operate within the PAGCOR regulatory framework and take our obligations to Player welfare seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that will notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period, after which further wagering will be restricted until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding Players of their session duration and net gaming activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the appjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of appjili or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without express written permission from appjili.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, appjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any decision made by appjili in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.

appjili's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

appjili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

appjili complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

12 Amendments to These Terms

appjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, appjili will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the appjili Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact appjili's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. appjili is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process.
